By accessing or using the Verve Commissions Team's services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not participate in our commissions program.

You must be at least 16 years of age or have the legal capacity to enter into contracts to participate in our commissions program.

a. Commissions are earned based on the terms and conditions specified in your individual commission agreement.

b. Payments will be made according to the agreed-upon schedule or conditions.

c. The Verve Commissions Team reserves the right to withhold or cancel payments for any violation of these Terms or your commission agreement.

b. You must not engage in any dishonest, fraudulent, or deceptive practices.

c. Respect the confidentiality of sensitive information you may access during your commission work.

We do not accept refunds within the next 7 days of purchase.

The Verve Commissions Team reserves the right to terminate your participation in the commissions program at any time, with or without cause. If your participation is terminated, you will be paid any outstanding commissions as per the terms of your commission agreement.

a. All content, materials, and intellectual property provided by the Verve Commissions Team are protected by copyright and other applicable laws.

b. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our materials without explicit permission.

a. The Verve Commissions Team may collect and use your personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

b. You are responsible for protecting any personal information you may have access to during your commission work.

The Verve Commissions Team may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes, and your continued participation in the commissions program will constitute your acceptance of the updated Terms.

The Verve Commissions Team is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your participation in the commissions program.
